Restaurant for Sale

Rare opportunity to acquire a high end bakery with over a decade of successful operation and a strong reputation as a local favourite. Ideally positioned to capture both tourist and local traffic, the business is known for its premium cakes, pastries and gourmet treats. The custom built space has been exceptionally maintained and remains modern and inviting. Behind the scenes is a well planned kitchen capable of high volume production, complete with walk in coolers and freezers, commercial ovens and the infrastructure required for a busy food operation. The existing setup provides an excellent foundation for continuing the established bakery or adapting the space to a new or expanded concept. With a quality build out, established history and desirable location, this is an attractive opportunity for an operator looking for a turnkey business with significant infrastructure already in place! NDA required for location, financials and additional business information. (id:63340)
